Do you guarantee your products or services?

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price up to 30 days from your order date.
E-mail us at customerservice.northpines@gmail.com with the reason for your return. We will then issue a Return Authorization (RA#) via email. All we ask is that you pay the return shipping cost. Once received, we will promptly issue a full credit, less shipping charges. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date. The merchandise must be returned in original condition.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "telephone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone.

What is an irregular?

Best of the off-quality grades. Minor imperfections that are a normal result of the manufacturing process. (i.e. shade imperfections, minor spots) Labels are usually clipped.

What is a second?

Grade that is just below irregulars. Garments can have minor holes, knitting rundowns, multiple needle cuts, and spots. Labels are usually double clipped.
